| It's a wigwam. Really. :P |
| Taz made a bunny. :) |
| It's a battle dude of some sort. (Sumo wrestler? Giggle.) |
| Moon and stars. |
Taz needed
an attitude adjustment some quiet time while the boys finished up school, and then we were off to the maze and carnival. :) I have to say, this picture was useful. She really didn't like how her face looked when she saw it, and so it helped her to try to find a happier expression. Works for me.

| Taz wanted Cub to ride the horses with her, which he dutifully did. Such a good big brother. :) |
| The noise of this one bothered her a bit, but she still seemed to like the ride. |
| Corny kids. |
When we got to the maze, we split. Crawdad and I went one way because he wanted to lead (I was forbidden from looking at the map), while Cub let Taz choose their path. Taz made it a hide and seek game---find the Mama. I could hear her little voice saying, "Which way should we go? Let's go this way to find the Mama!" We all had a great time wandering around finding each other. Taz had only one complaint. There was too much mud. Mud is gooey, and Taz does not do gooey. :)
| The maze was shaped like this bee. There were checkpoints in random places, and you were supposed to mark your points as you found them. We didn't do too badly. Crawdad and I found them all, and Taz and Cub only missed one. Not too shabby since the four year old was leading. :) |

The boys wanted to scale the rock wall, which was actually pretty simple for Cub. He made my heart smile, though, as when we first got there this little girl was stuck up at the top. She was afraid to hit her release and let go to ride the rope down, so she was just up there crying. Her mother was calling instructions to her, but she was too afraid to move. Cub tried to talk her down, but she wouldn't budge, so he actually climbed up beside her twice to show her how to ride the rope down. She followed him the second time. Cub and Crawdad raced up, but Cub won hands down since Crawdad only made it halfway up. :)

| On top of the world. :) |
| Taz in the bouncy house. |
I'm not sure what the spots are in this one. It's Crawdad on the bungee bounce. The boys really liked this one. Crawdad kept asking for "super bounces," which is where the operator pulls you down and then lets you bounce waaay up high. Cub got his to go fairly high on his own, and then decided to be creative. That blur in the bottom bungee pic is him doing a flip. :P
| Cub and I both love roasted corn. It's our favorite thing to eat at fairs and such. :) You can tell, though, that Taz was unamused by her brother's corn, since he was enjoying it so much he didn't notice that the husk kept smacking her in the face. :) |
| Mama and her pumpkin. :) |
| This is Taz's opinion of nachos that accidentally had jalapeno cheese sauce put on them instead of regular cheese. Giggle. |
Then we came home, had baths, watched a little TV, and I tucked very tired, happy kiddos into bed. All in all, a very nice day. :)
