I stole the idea from a friend to have the wise men from our nativity scene travel around the house starting on Christmas when the star appeared, finally finding their way to Baby Jesus on Epiphany (or shortly thereafter :P). These are their travels....
Food for the journey :P
The poor little guy to the left was a bit traumatized by part of his journey. Cub put him in the flowers, which were lovely....but I didn't notice him there once the flowers started to wilt....nor did I notice him when I tossed the flowers in the trash. I didn't get a picture of us digging in the bins out on the curb in the dark in order to save him....but I think that's probably a good thing. Eww. :P
Allergic to traveling?
I was certain to find him here!
Brave little guy.....this could have ended badly.
This one must have needed some caffeine to start his day.
He got tired of walking.
OK, we obviously drink a lot of Coke in this house. :P
Finally!
Since I don't have the foggiest idea where to acquire frankincense and myrrh these days, all of our wise men brought gold. Chocolate gold, of course. :)
Happy are the kiddos who finally get to eat their Epiphany chocolate. :)
